BSR, the city’s main waste disposal and city cleaning company, are well-known for their cheeky slogans and amusing campaigns – such as dressing their distinctive orange street bins as butlers.
Unfortunately, this one appears to have prolapsed, literally ‘dumping’ its post-Christmas detritus all over the street.
